Thank you for shopping with Steph’s Crafts & More. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom or personalized orders may take 1–2 weeks depending on the complexity of the item.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking information.

Local Pickup (Optional)

Local pickup may be available for customers in the area. If offered, pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Steph’s Crafts & More is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

International Shipping (Optional)

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
