Thank you for shopping with Steph’s Crafts & More. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Custom or personalized orders may take 1–2 weeks depending on the complexity of the item.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $8.00 for orders under $70.00
FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $70.00 or more
Express Shipping: $15.00

Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Grants, New Mexico area. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Steph’s Crafts & More is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.
